If you live in a sub-Association (or a condo community), please be sure to use the Property Improvement Application that pertains to your community.  To ensure you are using the right form, contact your sub-Association manager, or refer to the Welcome Packet you received when you closed escrow, which should include a copy of the correct form.  Also, be sure you are referring to the applicable section of the Design Guidelines as you are creating your architectural plans.
