To Our Valued Portola Springs Residents:
Recently we shared with you that we are doing everything we can to comply with State and Federal CDC mandates and recommendations with regards to “social distancing” and the “stay in place” orders for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). As you know, the Board of Directors voted to close all facilities in the Portola Springs Community. We will now be using caution tape to prevent access to the parks, sports courts, and picnic areas, in addition to the other facilities that were previously locked to homeowner access. What this means is there is NO ALLOWABLE FACILITY USE AT THIS TIME. The only exception will be our vendors who will continue to service these areas. We will reevaluate the closures often and as soon as we can safely reopen, we will do so.
The offices of Keystone remain closed to walk-ins until further notice. If you drop anything off at the Irvine Corporate office in the mailbox, the documents will be routed appropriately, and we will contact you to confirm receipt. If you are in need of a key fob, the only option will be for mailing, or pick up after we reopen. We recommend phone and email contact as much as possible. The Rancho Santa Margarita office does not have a mailbox for drop-offs.
We are sympathetic to the inconveniences that we are all experiencing. Our number one concern is to do our part to stop the spread of the virus and keep our community safe during these challenging times.
