Again, thank you for your patience as we navigate the ever changing COVID-19 restrictions on the community facilities. Effective immediately, we have some exciting changes to the facility re-opening procedure. All community spas have been reopened and heated. Please note the posted signage for safe use of this amenity. All spas are up and running, with the exception of Silverado which requires additional repairs that the Board is reviewing for approval. Effective April 1, all 11 community pools will be heated for the Spring and Summer seasons. Please note that the waders will remain closed and unheated. Additionally, the BBQ areas are still closed inside the pool areas and furniture is still being stored. Clubhouses also remain closed for reservations at this time. The Board will revisit this at the April meeting.

All playground structures have been reopened. The fence vendor is scheduled to remove barriers for Greenfield and parks early next week.

All open facilities will be cleaned on a standard cleaning rotation.

AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE PRESENT. COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH. BY ENTERING AND USING THE COMMUNITY FACILITIES, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19.

If you have any questions or you find something not functioning properly, please email Kara Foley at kfoley@keystonepacific.com.
