We have received reports that members of the Portola Springs Community Association are entering the apartment communities to dispose of their household trash and bulky items. Please note that you may only use your own trash receptacle provided by Waste Management. If you have bulky items, please schedule a complimentary bulky item pick up directly with Waste Management.

Lastly, please do not dispose of your household trash in the park trash cans. Our janitorial team regularly finds large trash bags in the park receptacles and this prevents us from keeping the parks trash free since the cans are constantly overflowing with trash that should be disposed of in a private residential trash can.
