The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has impacted our world and all facets of life. Keystone, Portola Springs’ Management company is closely monitoring the latest information from the California Department of Public Health, Governor’s office, County of Orange, and other governmental agencies. The health & safety of Portola Springs members and their families is Portola Springs’ Board of Directors’ foremost priority. The Board appreciates the flexibility and thoughtfulness of the Membership during this time.

As soon as it’s safe to do so and the aforementioned agencies permits the use of “public pools”, the selected POOL facilities will be open from 6 am to 6 pm; by online reservations, to control the amount of people using the pool at one time.

Seeking to protect the health and safety of the Portola Springs’ Community Association’s Members and residents is a priority of the Association’s Board of Directors and Management. To preserve the health of our residents and prevent the spread of COVID-19 within our community, temporary Pool Rules will be enacted by the Board on an emergency basis in an effort to safely begin the reopening of the Association’s pools to Members and residents in order to promote the enjoyment of these facilities by Members/residents during these challenging times. As state and/or local restrictions pertaining to COVID-19 continue to be amended with time, the Board will continue to amend its temporary rules relating to the opening and usage of the Association’s pool facilities. The Board, like the residents/Members within the community, look forward to the eventual complete reopening of the Association’s facilities when authorized to do so.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By entering and using the community facilities, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
