CALLING ALL CANDIDATES!
The Annual Election for the Portola Springs Board of Directors will take place on May 12th at 10:30 am, via Zoom. We have contracted with a 3rd party independent Inspector of Election vendor, Advanced Election Services, to administer the election process for the Community. Should you desire to place your name in the running for Board of Director, please complete the Candidacy Statement that you will find in the Document section of your homeowner portal (or along with this Newsletter if you receive your monthly bill by mail or linked on this page) and return to Management no later than February 28th. Should you wish to have a copy of the statement emailed to you, please contact [email protected]. You will only be eligible if your statement is received prior to February 28th and your name is on the title for your home in Portola Springs
