Please note that gathering in the pool areas for parties is strictly prohibited. Upon reopening the facilities, it was reported by our patrol team that residents were not following the re-opening restrictions and gathering and moving pool furniture. We request that everyone follow the procedures to prevent having to close the facilities again.

In response to concerns regarding mail delivery in your neighborhood, the Board enlisted the assistance of the Post Master to develop a plan for replacement of the mailboxes. The Board would like your opinion prior to approving the replacement. Please take a moment to visit the following link to complete the survey no later than September 25, 2020.

Please be cautious when driving in the community. It is important to follow the speed limits, especially now with most people home during COVID-19. Many of the streets within Portola Springs are public streets, managed and enforced by the Irvine Police Department.
Please be reminded that pets are not allowed inside the pool area at anytime.

We are pleased to announce that the City of Irvine has lifted the restrictions on the use of tennis courts. We have reopened the courts effective immediately. Please note that there is a provision that allows ONE ON ONE play, only.
